Its portfolio includes community centres, libraries, depots, aquatic facilities, cemeteries, commercial offices, and public amenities. Following the sudden administration of a previous service provider, The Council engaged EvacServices to rapidly assume responsibility for emergency planning, warden training, and compliance across the entire portfolio – ensuring continued alignment with AS 3745:2010 and the Queensland Building Fire Safety Regulations.

2. Centralised Data & Reporting All documentation – including emergency management plans, evacuation diagrams, and training records – were consolidated within the EvacConnect portal, providing The Council with real-time visibility and compliance reporting.
3. Consistent Training Delivery EvacServices delivered Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) and Warden Training across the portfolio using a mix of onsite and virtual sessions, ensuring all staff understood their roles in an emergency.
