Hi, your emergency evacuation diagrams are clear and consise. Is it necessary to put a fire extinguisher table on diagrams where there is no on site management. Also, how are evacuation coordination procedures given to an evacuation coordinator in a commercial building and fire and evacuation plans stored in a commercial property where the buildings property manager (the managing entity) is in control of the common property and yet the manager does not work on site. Each tenant (secondary occupier) has their own evac coordinator and fire and evac plans inside their tenancy.

Hello Steve and thank you for the opportunity to answer your question.

You can continue to use AS3745-2002 as your preference for ECO set up and
training, however, once you finish the project you will need to comply with
the new QLD BFSR legislation, this is when we can assist you with your
diagrams and plans. If you would like to discuss your options in more detail please go to the contact us page in order to directly identify how we can provide solutions to your requirements.

Thank you!
