We’re in the Process of Moving to the New EvacConnect

We’ve recently upgraded EvacConnect to improve its usability, and we’re now in the process of rolling this out to our sites.

Do I have access to the new EvacConnect?

We’ve sent the TRPs in buildings that are on the new EvacConnect a notification to inform them of the change.

If you’re not sure what system you should be logging into, try logging into the new system by using the ‘forgot my password’ link on the login screen. If you aren’t registered – it will tell you on screen and you can then try the archived version.

Bulk Changes

The new “Manage People” section now makes it much easier to make changes to more than one person at a time.

Better Reporting

With the introduction of search filtering, you can now extract more relevant data for your needs. Report on screen or in PDF and CSV.

Adding Wardens in as easy as 1 -2 -3

Simply follow the easy process for adding people, assigning locations and adding their emergency role.

What is EvacConnect?

EvacConnect is a web based online platform allowing our clients to manage their warden lists and complete their training online.

If you are a tenant in a building where EvacServices undertakes the annual training and compliance requirements, you have complementary access to manage your warden through the system. If you are responsible for managing the warden lists within your tenancy and require us to set you up, simply request access here.
